Call to Worship:
One: Through grace we know God’s salvation and God’s healing.
ALL: This is not our own doing; it is the gift of God!
One: And so it is by grace that we live and move and rejoice in the miracle of life this day.
ALL: We gather in the name of Love, in the Spirit of Christ, in the Peace of the God who made us.
Hymn 39 “God of mercy, God of grace”
Gracious Creator God, thank you for your generous love
that you give to us freely and equally.
We gather together this morning, live streamed,
on the radio, in the church, and later on YouTube
to give praise to you and to proclaim your name.
Open our hearts as we see you, Lord,
and rejoice in your strength and wonderment.
Holy Spirit, in the stillness of this time, open our minds
to listen and learn in a spirit of curiosity.
We offer this time of worship to you, God,
as a reflection of gratitude, praise and thanksgiving
as we are reminded that all of creation
comes from you.
Thank you for Jesus, who has done the work for us,
as we pray together in Jesus’ name.
Our father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
Your kingdom come, your will be done
on earth as in heaven.
Give us today our daily bread, and forgive us our sins,
as we forgive those who sin against us.
Save us from the time of trial, and deliver us from evil.
For the kingdom, the power and the glory are yours,
now and forever. Amen.
Assurance of God’s Grace
