Close the Gap
At the annual meeting on March 2nd, the Knox 2025 budget was approved with a projected $120,000 deficit. The Session agreed to consult the congregation on how to Close the Gap and focus on strategies to eliminate this deficit. Throughout March and April, we asked for your top three priorities to increase revenue and decrease expenses through a ballot.
On April 13th, we announced that we received 63 ballot submissions (38 paper/25 online) indicating your priorities for the Close the Gap initiative. A team from the Session reviewed all the feedback and made recommendations during the Session meeting held on April 22nd.
