As we move forward into this new year with its joys, sorrows, tragedies and uncertainties, we hear again the words of Archbishop Desmond Tutu; “Goodness is stronger than evil, love is stronger than hate, light is stronger than darkness, life is stronger than death, and victory is ours through Jesus who loves us.”
This Sunday, January 12th the scripture readings are from the Book of Acts chapter 10 and Matthew 3:13-17. The sermon is “Come from Away! Hospitality!”

Wednesday at Knox has started up again and this Thursday LOGOS begins for the New Year.
Isaiah 43:4 says “You are precious in my sight, and I love you.” These are life giving words, life changing words. Everyone should hear those words sometime or another. May we continue to serve Christ by sharing His love with others.
