This Sunday, May 12th is Mother’s Day and in the church is set aside as Christian Family Sunday. We will be celebratingConfirmation for Tanis Alexander (Baptism), Matthew Breen, Mathieu Gaudet, Renée Gaudet, Makenna Kauk, Quinn McGrath, Andy Reist and Noel Sennema.

The theme is “Come, and follow me” (hearing God’s call) and our scripture readings are 1 Samuel 3:1-20, Jeremiah 1:4-10 and Matthew 4:18-22.  Andrew Hopper will be singing “Let your mercy reign”.

The tickets for the May 29th concert “Emmet Cahill” are selling quickly. If you are planning on attending the concert, please purchase your ticket(s) soon.  We expect this to be a sold out concert.

Please pick up your Elder Ballots. It is time to elect 5 elders and ballots are to be filled out and back to the church by Sunday, June 9th.

Save the date: Monday, June 3rd 7:30 p.m. The Knitting Pilgrim here at Knox. A play based on the stitched tapestries of Kirk Dunn which explores the three Abrahamic faiths.
