Wed@Knox, Oct 23 – Tessa Jennison: Waterloo Region Crossing– Tessa created a 65 km non-stop journey across Waterloo Region to raise awareness of homelessness as well as money for The Working Centre.

Women Together – Monday, October 21st, 7:30 – 9:30 pm, “Reconnecting with a Splash of Colour” – Water colour paint night (Lighthouse at Chantry Island) with Debbie (Ellis) Hannaberg. To those who have signed up; please bring your $25 that will cover material and instruction.

Knox Christmas Bazaar – Saturday, November 9th. We will be accepting contributions of baking, crafts and white elephant items to be dropped off at Knox after November 3rd. There are still vendor tables available. Contact Brad Tucker (bradtucker1951@gmail.com) for more information.

APPLEFEST is next Sunday, October 27th Today is the last chance to purchase your tickets. Proceeds will go towards special church related projects of the Women’s Circle of Care group. The WCC wishes to thank Tom Westervelt and Martin’s Family Fruit Farm who have generously offered to donate fresh, local apples for our apple crisp.

Call for Mason Jars – We are preparing our annual cookies in a jar night so we are putting out the call for anyone to return used mason jars (and from past years — only return the 1L Golden Harvest jars, the name is on the jar).
