Well everyone! The anticipated night where our Church Hall will Transform into The Great Hall of Hogwarts is FINALLY this Week!!!! We look forward and encourage everyone to come in FULL COSTUME – we are sure it will prove to be a MAGICAL evening for all as we celebrate with a Delicious Turkey Dinner!

Heather has just sent out an email looking for extra help if you are able to help out this Thursday, please contact her or the church office – or pop in for a bit Thursday.

We will begin this week with the Sr High in the Gym for Rec Time. The Jr High will be Walking to David’s Tea for socializing. Liz will be walking the Jr Highs over and we will leave shortly after 4:30 and return before 5:15. If you are in Jr High and arrive after we have left, feel free to ask Femmy and Steph where you can help out or join in and we will see you at 5:15 in the Knox Room for Worship Arts. Your refreshments are at no charge to you, don’t worry about bringing money – just a smile 🙂 !

After Dinner, the Gr 1 – 3 will be upstairs with an activity and the Gr 4 – 6 will be working on their can-struction project in the atrium. This will be the last night we accept donations of non-perishable food items.  Next week we will welcome a guest from the Food Bank at Family Time to talk to all of us about the work the Food Bank does in Waterloo Region. Special Thanks to our Recreation Time leaders, and to Nicole Bardeau, our Rec Co-Ordinator, for all the extra time and energy spent on this Ministry Initiative. Knox LOGOS has great outreach projects and we are blessed to have our Youth so eagerly embrace outreach opportunities such as this and the Pen Pals the Grade 5 and 6 Bible Time Groups have done with some of the Senior Members of Knox, among other initiatives!

Keeping our Fingers crossed that the weather will cooperate this week and Knox will be full of Magical and Mythical Creatures this Thursday. We will be in touch by 3/3:30 by email if LOGOS needs to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions.

Looking forward to seeing you all on Thursday!
