MEAL SUPPORT – Do you need it? Can you offer support?

One of the ways we can support each other when we are going through a hard time is to have people in our faith community bring us a warm meal. It gives some relief, and makes us feel cared for and loved. Over the last several months, many people in our Knox community have been participating a Meal Train ministry by giving or receiving a meal. Knox is in need of more volunteers who are willing to cook and drop off a meal. If you need this kind of support or would like to volunteer to help by making a meal, please email Courtney.

FINAL THOUGHT…

“Life must be rich and full of loving–it’s no good otherwise, no good at all, for anyone.”
