This Sunday, January 26th is the last Sunday of the month. For some years now, this Sunday has been set aside for a special worship service – Community Connection Sunday! Thanks once again to the Global Partners Committee who have invited agencies and organizations from the Kitchener Waterloo Region to join us.

The theme this year is “Close to Home” and we are delighted to welcome our guest speaker John Neufeld, Executive Director at The House of Friendship.

After worship the congregation is invited to stay for refreshments and an opportunity to view the displays and visit with our other guests. You will meet people from “Christian Horizons”, “The Family Violence Project of Waterloo Region”, “Habitat for Humanity”, “Homelessness Housing Umbrella Group”, “House of Friendship”, “Marillac Place”, “Mennonite Coalition for Refugee Support”, “Menno Homes”, “One ROOF”, “Reception House”, “Ray of Hope” and “Supportive Housing of Waterloo”. Please plan on staying after worship to welcome our guests and learn more about the wonderful ministry that is happening in our region.

Senior High Youth are invited to stay in worship this Sunday.
