The Perimeter Institute is celebrating 25 years of exploration. In this time, the institute has grown from a handful of researchers occupying a former post office to a community of several hundred in an award-winning building on the shores of Silver Lake. What advances have been made in theoretical physics over this time and what role did Perimeter play? Dace will give a brief overview of what has happened in theoretical physics over the last 25 years and the role that Perimeter has played in some of these advances.
