New Livestream Providers

Our longstanding livestream provider “NOW Media Services” is ceasing operations in the near future so our livestream is branching out to new platforms! You can now watch our services on YouTube and Twitch. We may even add other platforms in the future. For the most up-to-date details, please visit (and bookmark): https://knoxwaterloo.ca/live.
Our stream will still be available on our NOW page for a little while but you should plan on making the transition to YouTube or Twitch as soon as possible.

(A detailed update will be provided by the Health & Safety Committee next week!)
Knox is deeply concerned about the burden COVID-19 is placing on our health care system. In response, the Knox COVID Health & Safety Team has decided that until at least February 26th:

  1. no in-person programming will be permitted, and
  2. no in-person worship will be held on Sunday at 10 am. Live services will be broadcast on 98.5 CKWR-FM and delivered Livestream, and will be posted later to our YouTube channel.

The office will be staffed during regular office hours with rigorous COVID protocols in place. Donations may be left in the mailbox by the parking lot doors.
The Knox COVID Health & Safety Team meets frequently to  respond to continually evolving changes related to the pandemic.

Donations were very strong in December at $133K, with total Ministry Fund Income at $165K. Factoring in year-end transfers from the Capital Account, Knox experienced a surplus in December of $54K resulting in a relatively small Shortfall for the year of $15,177 compared to the expected shortfall of $45K (that was covered from the $45K surplus from 2020).
Since Knox only had to utilize $15,177 of the $45K surplus carried over from 2020, the remaining $30K surplus can be carried over and applied to the 2022 budget.
Thank you for your generous contributions throughout 2021 placing Knox in a solid financial position entering 2022.
