Advent Devotionals and Activity Room: Rev. Linda Ashfield will be posting daily devotions for Advent on the theme of “wonder”. If you would like to receive these by email, please make sure that Ruth Song our Administrator has your email. Also, this Advent there will be an activity/prayer room set up in Room 106 on the main floor. There will be places to reflect and activities to do to help prepare your heart and home for Advent. This is for all ages and will be open Monday to Friday during the day and before/after worship on Sunday.

Christmas Eve:

5:00 p.m. – Worship for Young Children

7:00 p.m. – Candlelight Service with brass

9:00 p.m. – Candlelight Service with Choir

11:00 p.m. – Candlelight Communion

Seasonal Events:

  • Women Together: Monday December 3rd – Make and take a fresh arrangement for your      Christmas table, cost is $25.  Sign up in advance on the bulletin board beside the lounge.
  • LOGOS Christmas Dinner and Christmas Gala: Thursday, December 13th – ham dinner at 6 ($5)  please let us know if you will be joining us for dinner. Christmas Gala will be in the sanctuary at 6:40 – 7:25 p.m.
  • Wednesdays at Knox: Wednesday, December 12th – Annual Christmas luncheon and singing carols with John Riddell – $12 tickets available only until December 10th.

Remember: White Gifts This year we are supporting Reception House whose programmes and services assist refugees throughout their first year in Canada.  Items needed are new unwrapped personal hygiene items and toiletries, diapers, children’s games and colouring supplies, basic cleaning supplies and cooking utensils. Bring gifts from Nov. 25 to Dec. 16. Place them in the box near the Caroline Street entrance.
