WED@KNOXNOV 7thSue Dickieson: Gratitude. Sue has a very short walk to work. She lives on a farm and, next door, she and her family run Mosborough Market. For one year, each day as Sue walked to work, she used her phone to take a picture of something/someone that helped her to focus on gratitude. It was in some ways a spiritual practice – to practice gratitude and to take the few minutes to notice what was around her. Sue will share some of her gratitude photos and how it helped during times when there is much to be thankful for, and times when gratitude can, at first, feel far away. Sue is an Elder at Knox Waterloo.
